1. Scope
These terms govern your use of the mobile application Korea Live TV / 실시간 TV (the "App") provided by its developer ("we"). By installing or using the App you agree to them.
2. What the App does
- The App is a channel guide: it collects links to the official on-air, replay and radio pages published by broadcasters and shows them together with schedules.
- The App does not stream, store or retransmit any broadcast signal or video. Opening a channel loads the broadcaster's own web page, whose use is governed by that broadcaster's terms and policies.
- Some broadcasts may be restricted by region, time or membership under the broadcaster's policy; we cannot control this.
3. Free use and advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising (Google AdMob). We decide whether, in which formats and how often ads are shown, and this may change.
4. Third-party content and copyright
- All rights to broadcast content, program titles, broadcaster names and logos belong to the respective broadcasters and rights holders. The App is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any broadcaster.
- Links in the App point to pages the broadcasters publish; we do not warrant their accuracy, legality or availability.
- Rights holders who want a link removed can contact developerkinglee@gmail.com; we will verify and act promptly.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Reverse-engineering the App or overloading our servers by scraping or excessive requests
- Manipulating or bypassing ads, or generating invalid clicks
- Using the App to violate a broadcaster's terms or applicable law
- Using the contact form for spam, abuse or infringement of others' rights
6. Intellectual property
The App's software, design, icons and text are owned by us. Third-party content (section 4) is excluded.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant the accuracy of channel lists or schedules, the availability of broadcaster pages, or uninterrupted service.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the App. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.
8. Changes and discontinuation
We may change or discontinue features, the channel line-up or the service in whole or in part at any time without notice.
9. Changes to these terms
Updated terms are posted on this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the competent courts under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory provisions of the law where you reside take precedence where applicable.
